CEG has prepared the development plan for the Industrial  City in Najran an area of 650 hectare. The land is located the main rood Husainina - Habuna highway.

The project which consisted of four stages and included complete planning and detailed design of the following:

• Planning study and distribution of Industries roods and leveling designs
• Administrative complex consisted of 12 buildings, Mosque, administration, police station, civil defiance, post office , warehouses,  bank , workshops , clinic , and restart ant.
• Power lighting network.
• Road lighting network.
• Telephone network.
• Potable water network together with ground and elevated tank.
• Sewage water network.
• Industrial and irrigation water network
• Storm water network.
